Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the minimum needed to turn your photo into stickers and get them to you. There are no accounts, no tracking, no ads, and we never sell data. Everything we keep expires on its own.

What we collect, and why

• Your photo. Used only to generate your stickers, then auto-deleted after 24 hours. If you buy the 8-Sticker pack, the generated results stay available for up to 30 days so you can download them — then they are deleted too.
• Email address. Only when you buy the 8-Sticker pack. Used solely to send your download links.
• Payment information. Processed by our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card number, bank details, or wallet credentials.
• Server logs. Standard access logs for security and debugging, kept no longer than 30 days.

Third-party services

• Merchant of Record (Dodo Payments, transitioning to Waffo Pancake) — payment processing (governed by its own privacy policy).
• Alibaba Cloud (DashScope) and Volcengine — AI processing of your photo to create the cartoon portrait and animation, powered by Qwen and Jimeng models. Your photo is used only to produce your order.
• Alibaba Cloud DirectMail — delivers the single notification email for the 8-Sticker pack.

What we don't do

• No accounts or passwords.
• No tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels.
• No selling or sharing your data with data brokers.
• Your photos are never used to train AI models or for anything beyond your own order.

Your choices

There is no profile to manage — everything deletes itself automatically. To ask about your data, request earlier deletion, or report a privacy concern, message us on X @mov_sticker and include your job ID (you'll find it at the end of your confirmation email).

Changes to this policy

If we change how data is handled, the updated policy will be posted on this page.
