Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Acceptance

By using MOVsticker ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

2. The service

MOVsticker turns a photo you upload into cartoon-style animated sticker frames that you can preview and assemble into GIFs.

• Single sticker — $1.00. One action animation, played on the page right after processing.
• 8-Sticker pack. Eight action animations. Download links are emailed to the address you provide and stay valid for 30 days.

Processing is fully automatic and usually completes within minutes. Generation relies on third-party AI providers, so occasional delays or retries can happen — failed actions are skipped and reported.

The service is powered by Qwen and Jimeng AI models (via Alibaba Cloud and Volcengine). Generated results depend on how the AI interprets your photo and may vary in style and quality.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record (Dodo Payments, transitioning to Waffo Pancake). The Merchant of Record handles billing, receipts, and sales tax/VAT on our behalf, and its own terms apply to payment processing. We never see or store your card number, bank details, or wallet credentials.

4. Refund policy

• Photo quality check. Every photo passes an automated check before generation starts. If your photo is rejected (no clear single person, or framing that doesn't fit), your payment is not consumed — adjust the photo and submit again at no extra cost.
• Failure on our side. If generation fails or a sticker is visibly broken, message us with your job ID and we'll re-generate it for free or refund the order in full.
• Change of mind. Stickers are custom digital goods produced instantly from your photo, so completed orders generally can't be refunded once results are delivered. Contact us anyway — we'll do our best to help.
• Content policy violations. Orders removed under Section 5 are not refundable.

To request a refund, message us on X @mov_sticker with your job ID (it's at the end of your confirmation email).

5. Acceptable use & content policy

Upload only photos you own or have permission to use, featuring yourself or an adult who has consented. You may not use the service to create content in any of the following categories.

5.1 Prohibited content

• Sexual / NSFW content — nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive imagery of any kind.
• Violence or gore — graphic violence, blood, torture, or content that glorifies harm.
• Hate speech — content attacking or dehumanizing people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
• Child safety (CSAM) — any sexualized or exploitative content involving minors. AI-generated child sexual abuse material is treated the same as real material and reported to the authorities as required by law.
• Deepfakes & impersonation — content depicting real, identifiable people without their consent, or content meant to impersonate, defraud, or mislead.
• Copyright & trademark infringement — content based on brands, characters, logos, or artwork you don't have rights to use.

5.2 How we moderate

• Automated pre-check. Every uploaded photo must pass an automated compliance and quality check before any generation starts. Rejected photos are not generated and the payment is not consumed.
• Human review. Our team reviews reported content; confirmed violations are removed promptly, typically within 24 hours.

5.3 Consequences of violations

Violations may result in rejected generation, deletion of generated stickers, suspension of further use, and refusal of refunds for removed content. Illegal content — including CSAM — is reported to the appropriate authorities.

5.4 Reporting

To report content that violates this policy, message us on X @mov_sticker with the job ID (you'll find it at the end of your confirmation email) and a short description. We review reports within 24 hours.

6. Your content

You keep the rights to your photo. The stickers generated from it are yours for personal use — messages, social media, your own profile. Please don't resell them as a stock or sticker pack.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". Generated results depend on how the AI interprets your photo and may vary in style and quality. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is always the current one.
